Our annual Lavished With Love event series is around the corner! As the year comes to a close, our families run low on resources and we’re here to lavish them. This is not another toy drive, but a family festival that replenishes hope, joy, and the resources needed to make it through the rest of the year.
Iron Sharp Community Foundation is raising funds to serve an estimated 3,000 McKinney Vento (homeless) and Title 1 students of Denver, Aurora, and Cherry Creek school systems. At no cost to the families, each of our 3 events will include a community meal, haircuts, games and activities, winter coats, cold weather accessories, hygiene and dental kits, financial aid resources, and a special raffle giveaway.
This year we will be shifting the main focus to a more festival-like experience. This is where we’ll need your help! We are seeking community support to create an unforgettable experience for the forgotten and left behind children of Denver. Will you join us and be the iron to forge a stronger community together one heart at a time?
